The Sultans Of Swing Big Band are a 21 piece big band Based in Yorkshire.  

We formed in January 2014 and have quickly attracted talented musicians from all over Yorkshire, mainly around the leeds and bradford area to become polished performers. We play a wide range of music from the big band classics of glenn miller, count basie, duke ellington, ella fitzgerald, benny goodman to popular favourites including numbers from the Rat Pack, the andrews sisters, tequila, mack the knife and new york, new york to name but a few....if you can swing it we will play it! Lead by Tracey and Julian, the full big band comprises of sections; 

Saxes - Alto's, Tenor's, Baritone's.

Brass - Trombones, Trumpets, 

Rhythm - Bass, Guitar, Piano, Drums.

The band are available for Hire /bookings for All Events across yorkshire and the country for Weddings, dances, Private Parties, Fundraisers, Corporate Events, celebrations of all kinds....in fact you name it we can do it! We love the music we play and can't wait to play at your event. we have our own P.A system with additional microphones for announcements or our experienced compere can help you with this. we can also play your choice of music through the p.a between sets, or we have a comprehensive selection of big band numbers in keeping with your event.
